Terms & Conditions

Bookings are accepted based on the times and dates indicated on the confirmation form. It is the passenger's responsibility to check this form and inform us immediately of any errors.

Depending on the nature of the booking, a deposit may be required. This will be non-refundable if cancelled within one month of departure date.

Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

Premier Executive Chauffeur Services will endeavor to meet all collection times, but cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays, however caused. If necessary an alternative Vehicle may be offered, or a full refund given. In the event of missed connections or functions, no responsibility will be accepted.

Passengers are responsible for any personal possessions left in the vehicle.

For safety reasons the driver may refuse to transport passengers that are behaving in a disorderly manner.

Premier Executive Chauffeur Services Ltd do not supply Child safety seats or booster cushions, but you are welcome take your own child seats, but it must be the passengers responsibility for checking that they are fitted safely and securely.

Any damage to the vehicle or valeting costs will be charged to the passengers responsible.
